Product Overview

The Rosemount 5900S is a non-contact radar level gauge designed specifically for custody transfer, inventory control, and overfill prevention in storage tanks. It uses FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) technology with a very narrow beam to achieve the highest accuracy required for legal metrology. Many tank farms and terminals use it because it meets OIML R85 and API standards and needs almost no maintenance.
